Notes - Home shirt as worn at Euro 2004 where the side suffered a shock exit at the group stage. Italy were drawn into Group C with Sweden, Denmark and Bulgaria. Shockingly Sweden, Denmark and Italy all finished on 5 points after a dubious 2-2 draw between Sweden and Denmark meant the Italians would be heading home based on head-to-head goals for as the sides were also tied on head-to-head points
