Notes - Home shirt as worn when Germany were competing in the 2012 European Championship in Poland and Ukraine. The Germans strolled through the group stages with maximum points, beating Portugal, Denmark and Holland. A 4-2 win over Greece saw them progress to the semi-finals. The Italians took a 2 goal lead and despite a late goal from Ozil they were eliminated from the tournament.
